Lorraine will be so missed! My deepest sympathy to her husband, children, grandchildren and whole family. What a purely beautiful person both inside and out. What a huge blessing to our entire community when she and her good friend Jan opened Catholic Cottage just a stone's throw from my house. For 5 years countless people found hope, comfort and found Jesus through Lorraine's humble spirit on fire for our Lord. I personally grew to know her as one of my greatest gifts from God and a very true and loving friend. For us it may have only been 5 yrs, but a lifetime of wisdom and sharing and laughter (and a some tears, both happy and sad) and so very many answered prayers! I was blest to meet her wonderful daughter, 2 of her grandchildren and a brother over the yrs,, just by "chance" while in the store. Such a strong, unwavering, unconditional love for God, her family and everyone. The most joyful and selfless person I have ever known. Selfishly it would never be enough time for me to enjoy your friendship on earth, but how wonderful to have you forever in my heart to pray for and to pray to as an intercessor. You will always be with me... and as for that amazing, small but mighty store and gathering spot that you and Jan so selflessly ministered from...I will not cry that it ended; I will smile because it happened! Until we meet again, I will joyfully picture you dancing in the arms of Jesus. Again, my deepest sympathy on this huge loss of this truly amazing woman.
