Condolence From: Joe Bauer
Condolence: I was deeply saddened when I saw the news about the senseless act that took the life of Roger. I met Roger when he worked at the 7-Eleven in Homer Glen. I would stop in there late at night to get a Slurpee after work. He was always friendly, and would always offer any kind words to help me deal with a difficult marriage that I was in at that time. I am sorry for your loss. Roger will be missed by many.

Condolence: We are here for you and remember in memory Roger will live on forever. Thinking of all of you at this most difficult time. I share with you, one of my favorite poems.

Do Not Stand At My Grave And Weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.
