All along our Michigan Western Shore, each summer comes a most refreshing west wind which in fact gently blows across most of America, from the Pacific Coast to our humble shores....

It is here in South Haven, Michigan, that a very lovely and most gracious lady would come each year to sit and smile to all who would pass or visit the porch on wish she sat in her rented rocking chair ....

No, she never came here alone. It seemed that many would come of family and friend to see her smile and watch her rock in that rented rocking chair and maybe even get to share a kind word or two with her .....

It went on that way for many, many years here......  

We in Michigan will continue to watch the rented rocking chairs on the porches of the vacation homes along our shore to see if maybe once again, the lovely, gracious lady where ever and when ever she might come again to visit us here ......

As the gental west winds of summer  always blow to our shore which somehow seemed to bring her here each year.....
