My parents and I were lucky enough to see Tom play many times with the Ampol Aires. He will be missed by many. Not only was he a talented musician but a true gentleman as well. My thoughts and prayers are extended to Tom's entire family. Sympathy from polka fans in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

My condolences to Tommy's family. When I was just starting out in the newspaper business, he was the first musician I interviewed for the Polish American Journal. I will always remember how nice Tommy was, and the words of confidence he gave me. He took time out of schedule to introduce me to dozens of Chicago polka musicians, promoters, and fans.
